When do you launch?

We're launching in Dubai in 2026, starting with grooming, sitting and walking. Waitlist members get access first, neighbourhood by neighbourhood — join above to lock in your spot.

How are sitters and groomers verified?

Every provider passes a three-step check before their first booking: government ID verification, a live interview with our team, and a review-history check. Ratings after every order keep quality high — providers who slip below our bar are removed.

What if something goes wrong?

Your payment is held until you confirm the job is done, so an unresolved problem means the money has not left your hands. Open a dispute in the booking and a named person — not a queue — reviews the chat, the photos and both sides' history, and can refund you in full or in part. We do not sell insurance and do not pretend to: what we can promise is the money and a human who answers.

How much does it cost?

PetHub is free for pet owners — you pay the provider's listed price. Providers pay a 15% commission on completed bookings, which covers client acquisition, payments and support. No subscriptions, no listing fees.

Which areas do you cover?

At launch: Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches and nearby communities — expanding across Dubai and to Abu Dhabi soon after. Spain and Russia are on the roadmap.
